- 2.3 GHz Octa-Core
- 3GB RAM | 32GB ROM

Detail Overview :
Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite tablet was launched on 27th May 2021. The tablet comes with a 8.70-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1340×800 pixels. Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite is powered by a 1.8GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P22T (MT8768T) processor. It comes with 3GB of RAM. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite runs Android 11 and is powered by a 5100mAh battery.
Design & Build :
To begin with, Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite is a very well-built machine. You get all the ingredients including a beautiful display and metal back for a premium feel. Yes, the head and chin area on the front could be smaller, but overall, it looks smashing. The front also has the video/selfie camera on top along with the earpiece speaker grille. The right side has the volume rocker and power buttons along with the secondary microphone.
Display Quality :
Moving on, the display is one of the best features the Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite has. The 8.7-inch TFT display has HD+ resolution and 16M colour depth. You can play a lot of YouTube videos on the device along with Netflix shows and the experience was far superior to any other tablet in the price segment. The sound was loud and great thanks to the dual speakers. Outside visibility is good too. The brightness is nice, and the display does not get washed out under direct sunlight. All in all, the screen does justice to its price point.
Performance :
The company has tried to equip the Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite with the best it can in the budget segment. Under the hood, users get a MediaTek octa-core CPU with a clock speed of up to 2.3Ghz. There is 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. Which by budget standards is just about okay, but we did feel it is 1 GB too less of a RAM if you ask us. This is why you may face jerks and lag in the system.
Camera Quality :
Coming to the cameras, they are just there for your simple work. The front 2MP camera is decent for video calls or if you are connecting with your study group. It will not give you the best selfies which your smartphone can provide. The rear 8MP camera is better. While the results outdoors were filled with vibrant colours and decent details, the images shot inside lacked the punch. Again, if you want to click good pictures, keep your smartphone handy.
Battery Life & Connectivity :
The battery life of the Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite is another good feature of this tablet. You can get over 3 days of battery life out of it. You can watched 2 Netflix movies, couple of hours of YouTube and even make few phone calls with it. Not bad for a 5,100 mAh battery inside. All this with Wi-Fi on. However, after prolonged use, the tablet does get a little warm.
Verdict :
Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite is an affordable non-voice calling tablet to invest in. Users can carry on with their official meetings, online classes and other activities in a seamless manner. Backed by Fast Charging enabled great battery life loaded within, the device assures prolonged usage. Moreover, Samsung has loaded its own OneUI 3.1 interface, 3GB RAM and MediaTek Helio P22T chipset within the tablet assuring lag-free multitasking. The presence of a fingerprint sensor would have made it stand out from the rest.

- Dual Dolby Speaker
Camera
- 5 MP Front
- 8 MP Back
Battery & OS
- 7040mAh Battery
- Wi-Fi Only
- USB Type-C Port
- Android 10
Detail Overview :
Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite tablet was launched in April 2020. The tablet comes with a 10.40-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 2000×1200 pixels. Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite is powered by a 1.7GHz octa-core processor. It comes with 4GB of RAM. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite runs Android 10 and is powered by a 7040mAh non-removable battery.
Design & Build :
The overall footprint of the tablet is the same, but with a slightly smaller display at 10.4-inches, and the use of two instead of four AKG tuned speakers, the new Tab S6 Lite feels much lighter in the hand compared to the other more premium device. It’s also quite lightweight at 7mm, which further improves the overall user experience of the device. The lightweight nature of the tablet also makes it easy to carry in one hand and simply use it with the other.
For the tablet, Samsung has used a metal unibody design, with a matte finish. This gives the devices a very premium feel. The tablet is being sold in three colours Angora Blue, Oxford Gray, and Chiffon Pink.
Display Quality :
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite has a 10.4-inch LCD screen with a 2000 x 1200 resolution. That’s only 0.1 inches smaller than the non-Lite tablet, but the lack of that slate’s higher-resolution AMOLED panel is one of the sacrifices of this budget tablet. The screen quality is pretty good for LCD – it’s nice and bright, and easy to view even when you’re outdoors, but the colors sometimes look a bit washed-out compared to displays on other devices.
Saying that, depending on the streaming services you watch content on, or your subscription package, this resolution may be all you need, and only those with access to 4K content may find the tablet misses the mark.
Performance :
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite runs on the Exynos 9611 chipset, made by Samsung itself, which we’ve previously seen in a number of mid-range and affordable phones like the Galaxy A51 and Galaxy A50s. This is paired with 4GB RAM. Talking about the performance of the tablet, the Tab S6 Lite gives you nothing more than what’s advertised. Being a Lite variant of the premium Tab S6, the new S6 Lite does offer a similar kind of functionality, but with a few bells and whistles missing here and there. The Galaxy S6 lite is in essence a Samsung phone that just uses a bigger display, and as such, the tablet feels exactly like that.
But where this chipset really helps the device, is in improving the battery life of the tablet. Because it is a power-efficient mid-range chipset, the Exynos 9611 chipset fitted on the tablet helps the device last more than a day on a single charge.
Camera Quality :
On the subject of the cameras, the rear snapper is 8MP. It’s unlikely you’ll be doing much photography with this instead of your smartphone, and that’s a good thing, as pictures did look a little dim (and grainy if you made the most of the 10x digital zoom), although not appallingly so. On the front is a 5MP snapper, which will likely see more use if you do frequent video calls or take selfies. While the hardware is good but not great, the amount of different modes available for selfies will be a pleasant surprise for many.
There’s Live Focus mode, which lets you edit the background of a picture once you’ve taken it, AR Doodle, which lets you use the S Pen to draw over your face in real time, and filter and beauty options too.
Battery Life & Connectivity :
There is also a variant with 128GB of storage. For connectivity, the tablet gets either an LTE version with GPS or a Wi-Fi-only iteration with NFC and Bluetooth. The tablet also houses a 7,040 mAh battery, one that will be charged using a USB-C port.
The Tab S6 Lite supports 15W fast charging, which would be on the slow side even for a smartphone, but given the tablet’s power pack is twice the size of those in most handsets, it can take a long time to power up the device.
Verdict :
Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite is a mid-range tablet among the top-spec segment. The key-specs of the device ranges from a vibrant display to the latest operating system and a mammoth battery. Although the tablet lacks the feature of fingerprint sensor and voice-calling, the Wi-Fi only option is capable of fulfilling all the primary needs of entertainment-seeking consumers.

Detail Overview :
Apple iPad (2020) Wi-Fi tablet was launched on 15th September 2020. The tablet comes with a 10.20-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 2160×1620 pixels at a pixel density of 264 pixels per inch (ppi). As far as the cameras are concerned, the Apple iPad (2020) Wi-Fi on the rear packs an 8-megapixel camera. It sports a 1.2-megapixel camera on the front for selfies.
Apple iPad (2020) Wi-Fi packs 32GB of inbuilt storage. The Apple iPad (2020) Wi-Fi measures 250.60 x 174.10 x 7.50mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 490.00 grams. It was launched in Gold, Silver, and Space Gray colors.
Design & Build :
The new iPad isn’t all that new in terms of design. In fact, it looks and feels almost exactly the same as the iPad from 2019, although that’s not per se a bad thing. The design is sold enough for this price point, even though it may feel a little dated when compared to Air and Pro iPads.
You’ve got the choice of silver, Space Gray or gold colors, which are the same options we’ve seen over the last few years. You’ll have to buy the Air for the bold new Sky Blue, green and Rose Gold colors. Dimensions-wise, the tablet is 250.6 x 174.1 x 7.5mm, and the Wi-Fi version weighs 490g, while the LTE variant is a touch heavier at 495g.
Display Quality :
It seems that Apple has settled on this for the optimum screen size for its most affordable tablet, after upgrading it from 9.7 inches to 10.2 inches for the 2019 generation. You’re gaining a modest half-an-inch of screen real estate if you’re upgrading from a basic iPad 2018 or earlier. Apple also increased the brightness to 500 nits, which was noticeable when we compared this iPad to last year’s version. You may not realize it without comparing the two side by side, but it’s a useful upgrade using an iPad outdoors in the daytime.
Oh, the iPad 2020 has a perfectly fine resolution of 2160 x 1620, but the refresh rate remains 60Hz instead of 120Hz, and the LED screen isn’t tightly pressed up against the top glass.
Performance :
The iPad 10.2 has an upgraded chipset compared to the last two iPad models with Apple’s A12 Bionic processor. It’s not Apple’s latest, having first Z debuted in the iPhone XS and iPhone XR smartphone, but a solid replacement for the last-gen iPad’s A10 Fusion chipset.
You’ve got the option of 32GB or 128GB for storage sizes, and there’s no microSD support here so whatever option you opt for will be the storage you’ll have for the tablet’s whole lifetime. If you’re planning to download a lot of apps and you don’t want to run out of space, we’d recommend opting for the 128GB variant.
Camera Quality :
Apple has included an 8MP rear shooter with f/2.4 aperture. Images taken with it appear sharp and with strong colors, but again you’re not going to be blown away by what it can do if you have a relatively powerful phone camera. On the front is a 1.2MP front-facing selfie camera, which we would have liked Apple to improve for this generation of tablets – as we’re all now making much greater use of video calling, it would have been a sensible time for the company to improve the selfie shooter.
That said, this is still good enough to get you through the odd video call, even if it won’t be as good as a dedicated webcam.
Battery Life & Connectivity :
The new iPad 2020 has strong battery life, and it’s likely you’ll find that a relief as most want a tablet to be able to last for as long as possible between recharges. Each iPad generation has offered strong battery life, and there’s no change here with us finding that the slate can last for around 10 hours of video playback from a single charge.
We don’t know how big the battery is inside the iPad 10.2, but it works well and it’s likely to be a similar size to the 8,827mAh that was inside the last-gen device.
Verdict :
Apple iPad 10.2 is a good option in this price bracket, which provides lag-free entertainment overall. It has a decent configuration, which is capable of providing good performance. Furthermore, the quality primary camera offers crisp and clear photography and videography experience. Reasonable storage allows it to save a lot of files and documents. However, the presence of voice calling would have made it a perfect option to go for.
